We arecurrently seeking a Director of Learning and Teaching for an ongoing full-time teaching position, with a two year Position of Leadership appointment (POL 4),commencing January 2026. The Director of Learning and Teaching is a key strategic leader who will shape and strengthen the College’s learning culture. This position requires a visionary educator who can effectively monitor and analyse learning outcomes across individual students, specific cohorts and the College as a whole.

Operations Leader

We are currently seeking an Operations Leader for an ongoing full time position, commencing January 2026. This position is available as an Ongoing Teaching Position or Category B Education Support Employee, and will have a Position of Leadership allowance of POL 3.
Applications are invited from passionate and qualified individuals who are committed to supporting both staff and students in a dynamic educational environment. The College Operations Leader works closely with the Executive Deputy Principal (Staff and Culture) to facilitate the effective organisation and planning of College life. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports a positive, well-structured environment for staff and students.

Learning Support Officer

We are currently seeking a Learning Support Officer, for a full time ongoing position commencing Monday 29 January 2024.

Teacher Librarian
The Teacher Librarian role is a contract position offered as a 0.4 (FTE) for Semester 2 of 2023.

Ideally this will be a teacher with a specific qualification in this area of education. They will provide a broad range of digital, print, electronic and audio-visual resources to support the learning outcomes of students and support effective teaching.
The role will also involve supporting English teachers with Wide Reading programs at a junior secondary level and conducting daily library duties such as borrowing books to students, returns, shelving of resources and purchasing of resources for teaching staff.
